SMT Nozzle have many various kinds of material, quality and feature is difference . We had do a simple introduction and comparison , please take it as reference :
1. Smt ceramic nozzle: its never whiten, the price is not expensive, the disadvantage is easy to fragmentation.
2. Diamond steel nozzle: its never whiten, and it is difficult to break off, The disadvantage is expensive.
3. Stainless Steel: most of China made nozzle is stainless steel, it's hard to deformed and long using life time , but it's hard to produce, so price is a bit high.
4. Plastic: it's easy to deformed, but it's cheap.
